Shudra The Rising (2012) , a 2012 bollywood/history movie released on 10/19/2012 starring Kirran Sharad, Praveen Baby, produced by Sanjiv Jaiswal. Set in the time when the Aryans invaded west India during the Harappan civilisation, the film depicts the initial formulation of the caste system. The locals became the Shudras, a oppressed class.
