Gul-E-Bakawali (1939) starring Salim Raza, Noor Jehan, Suraiya, Hem Lata and Jabeen, produced by D.M. Pancholi. Prince Taj is raised away from his father and his kingdom as per a prediction by a priest. When his father goes blind due to him, the prince sets out to fetch a rare flower that would cure his father. The soundtrack features songs like Pijare De Vich Qaid Jawaani, Shala Jawaniya Mane sung by Noor Jehan.
