Bio: Shakila (1 January 1935-20 September 2017) was an actress, best known for her roles in Guru Dutt's films: Aar Paar (1954) and C.I.D. (1956). She also starred with Shammi Kapoor in Shakti Samanta's China Town (1962). She also had worked beautifully in films like Post Box 999. She was married twice. Her husband's name is Johny Barber. She retired from cinema in 1963, when she married and decided to move to the United Kingdom with her husband who was not from the film industry. She had a daughter with him named Meenaz, who died in 1991. Shakila's sister Noor (short for Noorjehan) was married to Johnny Walker. She died at the age of 82 due to a heart attack.
