Mithun Purandare is an Indian actor/model/ fitness model. His first International English Short Film was "Day Trip to London" Written & Directed by Annabell Herbert & Produced by Anami Meluzine. He won 'The Best Actor Award - Comedy' at Nasikh International Film Festival 2014 for "Day Trip to London". Mr Purandare was one of the top 5 finalist at Haywards 5000 Mr India'2008. He has studied in Textile Engineering from Sasmira Institute, Mumbai. Plus, to add an element to his persona he is an ISSA Certified (USA) Fitness & Nutrition Expert working with exclusive clientèle and is also trained in Martial arts. He has signed multiple projects with National award winner director Rajiv Patil (passed away) Makarand Despande opposite Mugdha Godse and also signed for Nitin Manmohan's 'Laadla' remake as Anil Kapoor's character.

Mithun Purandare's career as an actor started with the film 'Kaash Hamara Dil Pagal na Hota'. It was first time in Bollywood history where a real deaf and dumb girl was playing the lead role. In the 2005, he acted in a Bollywood film 'Mumbai Godfather' opposite Seema Biswas. He was a part of theatre group with Ansh Group and Makarand Deshpande. He was featured in music videos like Chup Chup Khade Ho by Jagdish Mali- Times Music, Phu Bai Phu by Sanjay - Krunal Music and Pyaar Radhika Rao by Vinay Sapru- R-Vision4. He also acted in TVCs campaign HDFC Bank, Blackberry's {Latest trend of hairstyles}, Tata Indicom, Times of India (Delhi) and Deccan Chronicle, Gyms, Fitness videos.

Mithun Purandare is also a part of International film '3 Little Pigs' directed by Thomas Anderson. He played the role of assassin. This film is in production in English, Hindi and French. He had also directed and acted in couple of micro low budget music video to test out his creativity.

Mithun Purandare is also a 'Taekwondo' Bronze Medallist and a gold medalist winner of 'All Bombay Dance Competition'
